owner locked out

She is the owner (sister)and I was going to update her iPhone and the puter wanted #password.

She spaced it out (brain fart) tried to many times and laid the phone down. Anyway, the message on the phone states owner locked out in scrolling languages. She has an iCloud account where she can see her phone and of course the Apple ID page and info.The last update I did for her was to her computer and I was wondering if that back-up has her photos in case the only way out of this mess is to erase everything. Gawd, neat idea for the lockout but owners do have brain farts. Thanks
