Just replaced the battery and Face ID is notcwirking

If a 3rd party "knock off" battery was installed on your phone, that can create several issues including Face ID problems and incorrect Battery Health readings.

Who replaced the battery? We need to do some checking to make sure that a genuine Apple battery was installed.
