Why am I being asked to start a trial again?

I already subscribe to Apple TV but when I try to watch a movie on my PC it is asking me to start a trial subscription again. Why?

Verify that you are signed in to the website tv.apple.com with the Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription. There is a sign-in button in the top-right corner.
