A keychain could not be found to store (insert wifi name)

So recently I've been traveling, and have been using free wifi's which I didn't need a password for. But this error hasn't happened to me up until I arrived at my destination. I was trying to connect to a wifi when this error popped up "A keychain could not be found to store 'name of wifi' " and at first it was fine as it would only disconnect from the wifi when my laptop was closed. But now that I try to connect to a different wifi, the same thing happens, however, it disconnects me from the wifi every few minutes, and it's getting very irritating as I've had to reconnect multiply times while writing this.

I cannot even reconnect anymore, every time I type the password in, it just doesn't connect, and re-opens the menu which you type in the password. After a while, I click on the wifi, and nothing happens. No pop-up nothing.

Ok so I went searching on some other questions related to this and I got this notification, "Keychain login cannot be found to store session token" so yeah.

Hi MILKYWAY_,

The following resource has some suggestions you may find helpful: Solve internet connection problems on Mac.

If the date and time are incorrect on your Mac, that could cause an issue with connecting to a network. If needed, the steps in this article will guide you through checking the date and time: Set the date and time on your Mac.

1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click General  in the sidebar, then click Date & Time on the right. (You may need to scroll down.)

2. Set the date and time automatically or manually.
• Automatically: Turn on “Set time and date automatically,” click Set, then enter a network time server for your region.
• Manually: Turn off “Set time and date automatically,” click Set, enter the date and time, then click Set.

3. Set the time zone automatically or manually.
• Automatically: Turn on “Set time zone automatically using your current location.”
• Manually: Turn off “Set time zone automatically using your current location,” click Set, enter a city in the text field, select the full city name from the list, then click OK.

Cheers.
