Apple TV and Telstra Gen 3 modem

Apple TV device and Telstra Gen 3 modem. Mac, iphone, ipad all connect to WIFI network. WIFI network shows on TV, press connect and I get message: problem connecting to network. error code -100. 

Modem has WPA2&3 selected… any other hints?
