If you are trying to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch and you receive an error message saying that your JIO account is not eligible, it may be because JIO does not currently support mobile service on Apple Watch.

You can contact JIO through their website or by calling their customer service line. In the meantime, you can still use your Apple Watch for many other features and functions, such as tracking your fitness activity, using apps, and receiving notifications, even without mobile service. You will just need to have your iPhone nearby and connected to the internet in order to use these features.
