Hello Lupe1775,
If your iPod mini is still linked to a different iTunes library, then you'll just need to restore it and then you can start syncing with a new computer. You can restore it with these steps:
- On a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, open the Finder. On a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, or on a PC, open iTunes. Find out which macOS your Mac is using.
- Connect your device to your computer.
- Select your device when it appears on your computer.
- Click Restore [device].
- Click Restore again to confirm. Your computer erases your device and installs the latest iPod software.
- After your device restores to factory settings, it restarts. Now you can set it up as new.

You can also find additional info for using your device in the iPod mini User Guide Keep in mind the iPod mini is an obsolete device that hasn't been sold since 2005, so some terminology in the user guide may no longer be correct. For example, if you're syncing with a Mac, many of the instructions for that refer to "iSync", which no longer exists. These days you would sync an iPod through Finder on the computer.
Use the Finder to sync your iPod with your computer
Cheers!
