Despite "typing suggestions" being checked on, at System Preferences> Keyboard> Text> Touch Bar typing suggestions, the touch bar does not show typing suggestions. I am using macOS 12.6
I have followed the instructions found at
Customize the Touch Bar on Mac - Apple Support
but nothing has changed. Neither the "Change Touch Bar settings" nor the "Change Control Strip buttons" sections have solved the problem.

In what Application is it supposse to offer "typing suggestion"...?
Can't say I ever saw this...and certainly never used it.
In the past I was able to see typing suggestions on the touchbar whether using Pages, Word, or Notes.
