Purchased episodes not showing up

Every year we purchase "The Curse of Oak Island" seasons (other shows too) and watch them as each new episode is released. We have done that again as we always do and for some unknown reason we are not receiving new episodes at all. We only have the 3 pre-season episodes available to watch. It clearly says we have purchased the season and will be able to view all new episodes as they are released. 4 Have been released already and they simply don't show up for us to watch. This has never happened before. What am I missing??

For which country is this? (What is the region of your Apple ID account?)

For the US, currently 8 episodes should be available for the 2022 season:

The Curse of Oak Island, Season 10 on iTunes - Apple (US)

If you have a Season Pass, then you should be notified each week when a new episode comes out.

If you purchased individual episodes, then there are no notifications scheduled.

If that doesn’t work in your situation, then please contact the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

In Ontario Canada. And yes, I purchased the entire season for $24.99 CAD as we do every year. We've always looked forward to watching the new episode each week and in the past they were released like clockwork. We always knew what day and even down to the hour the new episode would be available. But this time we've spent the money and have nothing to show for it. I did contact the itunes store and they passed the buck and said something about "contact the television network". I would think if you (apple) are carrying and charging people for a program from a particular network, and that network isn't promptly providing you with the content your customers have paid for, then YOU apple need to get on the ball and figure this out.
