podcast keeps asking for my password

The podcast app keeps asking for my password but comes up with error message and goes back to asking for password I can’t use my Mac book air as its constantly popping up.

help please I’m going mad

Persistent Podcasts app launch with popup asking for sign-in Apple podcasts keeps launching along with a pop-up asking for my password "to continue using Apple Media Services". It does not accept the password for my apple id. If I hit cancel the popup just opens again immediately. I have to hit Cancel and Command + Q almost simultaneously. They it relaunches again randomly. 15 min. 5 min. Very, very annoying. Tried restarting the Mac. Also tried deleting the app (which of course I can't . Seems to have started after installing 15.3

Podcast App on Mac keeps asking me to sign in even though I enter the correct eMail and password I recently changed my Apple-ID password. Now when I open the Apple Podcasts App on my Mac I get prompted to enter sign-in. I enter the correct username and password (I'm 100% certain it's correct, it works for other sign ins) and immediately the window pops back up as if I had never signed in. I tried signing out on my other apple devices and signing back in but that doesn't solve the problem. I'm on the newest version of macOS as of posting this issue. If anybody knows what to do please help, its very obnoxious! Thanks in advance!! solved.
