iPhone 12 and fitbit sense 2 not connecting

I am trying to get phone calls on fitbit sense 2 to my iPhone 12.


I select Sense 2 in fitbit app and it says to check sense 2 watch and get pin number, but watch just acts like it is synced and tells me to go to the fitbit.com/setup page, which is useless and doesn't do what I need it to do.


The Sense 2 does not show up in Bluetooth of iphone. It does not try to sync with it at all.


The watch just seems to ignore the iphone 12.


Not sure what to try next.

I ended up unpairing the sense 2 and uninstalling the fitbit app, then resetting the phone and watch.


I turned them both back on and reinstalled fitbit app and it sync'ed right up and now work great.

If you haven't already, restart your iPhone and Fitbit to see if fresh connections help, then check for app updates as that can help with odd issues:
