Chrome produces multiple windows across all MacOS desktops

Hi All,

I use MacOS on a MacBook Pro. Let's suppose I have 3 desktops, and I open Chrome on #2. Chrome now will deliver an identical window to desktop #1 and #3. If I add a tab to #2, the same will appear on the other two. If I close #2, the others will close as well.

This behaviour ONLY happens with Chrome. Vivaldi, a Chromium based browser does not behave in this manner. Neither does Firefox.

Yesterday I was advised to delete my Chrome profile and reinstall to solve a different problem. This has started to happen since yesterday. So, I have entirely deleted Chrome and I reinstalled it. It is still doing the same thing with the fresh install.

Ideas??
