Stuck on Windows 10 Recovery Blue Screen on my MacBook

So I was trying to get windows 10 on my Late 2013 MacBook Pro which has an intel i7 processor. I used boot camp to get the downloaded windows file onto an NXT 16 gb flash drive from a local staples. For the first few times it wouldn't work, and on my 4th try I got it to go to windows, but it was on the loading screen for an hour, so I hit the power button to restart the MacBook and try it again, and after I did that, it turned onto the windows page again, and now it's stuck on the blue page that says: "Recovery Your PC/Device needs to be repaired" I've hit the Command + R key and erased the boot camp things, and when I went to restore catilina, it wouldn't work. Have I lost my MacBook for good? Someone please help as I don't know what to do and I am worried :(((

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6
