Wearing Apple Watch on inside of wrist

I prefer to wear my watch on the inside of my wrist. I am hoping to get information from others success/frustrations in wearing it this way. Can you get all your or most apps to function wearing it on the inside? If some don’t work does anyone know which ones will have problems.

Apple Watch Ultra on the inside of wrist while sleeping? I wear my Ultra basically 24/7 and I love it’s sleep tracking functionality. However, since I sleep on my back mostly with my arms raised above my head, the Watch presses into my wrist and I often wake up with a mild numb sensation. As a result I have to loosen the Watch considerably, at which point I might be losing a lot of accuracy anyway. Alternatively can I wear the Watch on the inside of my wrist exclusively while I go to sleep and still retain the data accuracy to some vague extent? If not, is it okay to loosen it in the regular position or do I just have to bite the bullet and wear it like I normally would during the day?

Has Apple made adjustments yet for people who wear watches on their insides of their wrists yet? I’ve only ever been able to wear a traditional watch (a Suunto Core) and only wear it on the inside of my wrist. I know Apple Watches have TONS of metrics that use the sensor suite but it’s calibrated for a traditional position that watches are worn. Yes, I’ve tried to wear it in that way but it’s always been more efficient to me to wear it on the inside and it doesn’t restrict my movement of my wrists as bad when bending it up and downwards.

Apple states that, to get the most accurate readings from the sensors, you need to wear it on top of your wrist:
