macOS Monterey & Ventura intermittent Bluetooth stops working after sleep reboot fixes, sometimes fixes itself

Randomly after going to sleep my iMac will lose Bluetooth. I've gone through the process of deleting preferences, disabling/enabling Bluetooth and even created a Feedback Assistant, FB11848368. The crash logs always have the below:

Exception Type: EXC_GUARD
Exception Codes: GUARD_TYPE_USER
Exception Codes: 0x6000000000000012, 0x0000000000000002
Termination Reason: Namespace LIBSYSTEM, Code 2 Application Triggered Fault

EntreCheck report and full crash logs attached.

A reboot fixes it. I've also had it start working randomly. There are 2 users on the iMac. Problem has been happening since Monterey. I occasionally use a Prosonus Studio 24C USB interface with JamKazam but the problem doesn't just happen after using that hardware/software. Also use IPVanish VPN.

Any clues here? Similar error on this LogicPro discussion board as well as logs from this discussion here in 2021.

I see "EXC_GUARD indicates the process violated a guarded resource protection" so could this be an application causing this?
