Any idea when the track running mode in Workout will be available in Europe ?

Nobody here would know about Apple's plans, or what is available in different countries (I didn't know it was only in some countries)

Watch workout app will only show distance in miles not km My series 3 watch will only show the workout distance (biking, running, walking, etc in Miles. I confirmed it is in km on the health app on my phone and watch. I confirmed it is in km on the workout app on the phone (watch app) and on the watch. I confirmed the region was Canada (originally it was set to mirror the phone, and my new phone 13 pro was set to United States. But I changed it manually on the watch and on the phone.). I reset the watch and noted it came up with the region being Canada. I can change the speed to km/hr but not the distance. And if I press the three buttons and set distance it will be in km. So it seems that for some reason I can’t change the elapsed distance to Km it just stubbornly stays at miles. This is the main thing I look at when running or biking and I was able to change it before using the watch settings. Has anyone else run into this problem and found a fix?
