14 Pro Shutting Down - Panic Full Error

My iPhone 14 Pro recently shut off while on standby. But it has restarted after I connected it to power. This is not the first time it has happened. To power it on last time, I did hard reset where you need to press volume up and down then press and hold the side button. I’m wondering if this is a hardware issue? I’ll surely go to the service center this week. I just need to know if this is a serious issue. Here’s a part of the panic full error I found on Analytics Data.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

Hey there notleighanne,

While we're unable to interpret what shows in the screenshot you provided, we'd like to still see how we can help.

  1. You mentioned that your iPhone has powered itself off twice now while the screen was locked, but how long in between did this occur?
  2. Are you certain that it didn't run out of battery charge while the screen was locked? This could explain what occurred the two times it did power itself off.
  3. We see that you have iOS 16 installed, but the latest version is iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
  4. What shows for the battery health if you check under Settings > Battery > Battery Battery Health & Charging? Also let us know if you see any messages that recommend service on this same screen.

Cheers!
