Restarts while charging. But also now when no longer charging. Background app refresh is not on ( and has not been on). Log suggests this “panic-full-“ restart has happened for a while, just after iPhone arrived this month.
In such a situation, since your device is brand new, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device+charger+cable inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Thanks. Yes, I'm online with Apple Support. I just wanted to point out for the community that the restart happened mostly while charging (and I was asleep...so not easy to notice), but also now when no longer in charging mode.
Background App is never on.
I do have Battery Optimization On. I have not tried to turn that off yet, although I have read reports that this did not help.
Remote Apple Diagnostic by support tech suggests it's best to bring phone in (no clear indication what the problem is).
