Lost Macbook Pro

Hello.

A friend last her Macbook Pro at an airport.

What are her options?

If someone finds it can they use it? Can they wipe it and install Mac OS?

Hi,

It's possible, though if you remotely lock your MacBook Pro with a passcode, he or she can't install macOS without passcode on your MacBook Pro.
