MyQ app - notifications and sounds

First.. My app works for the most part. This is only about the sounds on the iPhone.

About 3 months ago, upon an IOS update, the proprietary MyQ "bump-bump" sound went away, and the notification went to the default notification sound for all other notifications.

I've talked to MyQ several times over the past few months, including today. The app in its' current form does not allow for customization of notification sounds (others, like FB Messenger offers a few canned sounds)

I just want a different sound than the others, so I know what the notification is for. MyQ offers this sound, but it appears that the new IOS removed that sound?

Anyone else having this exact problem today?
