how do I get my iMac to remember my passwords and log in info to my bank and other places I log into

I turned the option to off concerning remembering my user id and passwords for other accounts when I log in. I now need that back is it will remember my login and info when logging into my bank and other things. how do I turn that back on?

iMac 24″, macOS 12.4

Autofill your user name and password in Safari on Mac - Apple Support , scroll to the section called "If you can’t save a password or autofill a saved password"
