airpod pro infections

has anyone run into ear infection problems with their airpod pros? I have had them for about two years, do not use them that often, and have been using for only about 45mins at a time when I do use them while commuting to and from work.

Will Apple do anything to rectify this issue?

Hi,

The issue you are describing would not be Apple’s responsibility to rectify or resolve, and falls more under personal and/or good hygiene with using your products. I would recommend following the steps outlined in How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods.

Hope this helps!
