WE NEED A RESPONSE ON THE DEFECTIVE APPLE 16.1.2

PLEASE ADVISE US HOW TO FIX THE DEFECTIVE APPLE 16.1.2 UPDATE THAT WILL NOT ALLOW US TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET.... BEEN RESEARCHING THIS FOR HOURS AND CAN'T FIND ANY INFORMATION FOR THIS FIX. BEEN WORKING ON THIS FOR HOURS. OBVISOUSLY MY WIFE/ROUTER WORKING FIND AS I HAD TO LOG ONTO A NON APPLE DEVICE TO SUBMIT THIS COMPLAINT

This is not the venue to submit complaints. This is a community of end users like you.


Apple will not see your concern here and therefore cannot give you the response you demand. Obviously no end user can fix an issue if it is at Apple's end.

or use a feedback link:


Feedback - iPhone - Apple


The latter will not cause Apple to contact you, so the support link is the bett eroption if you need more than notifying Apple of a issue.


FWIW, iOS 16.1.2 causes no issue on either of our iPhone SE 2020s, so this is not a universal problem.

FWIW, iOS 16.1.2 causes no issue on either of our iPhone SE 2020s, so this is not a universal problem.

It appears your caps key is locked. Maybe this is affecting your system. For example, passwords are case sensitive.
