Dear Mr. Miche11e_p I did took my iPhone 14 pro to Mi store they agreed that the phone has a screen frame gap and its cosmetic defect but they are not ready to give me replacement or help me with anything this is so not expected from apple I would like to mention this is my 1st iPhone purchase now I feel regret
Mi Store In Oman Muscat Avenues Mall Staff are now making drama like you must have dropped your phone which I never did my phone is always in case and I honestly didn't drop it even once. I don't understand why its like this why the staff are so arrogant In US and other nation apple directly gives the replacement but here its a different story and blaming me that i must have done anything.
This is our hard earn money apple keep your self in our shoe
Note- I agree that I realize this Cosmetic defect gap a month after a purchase that because from day 1 of my purchase my phone is always in a case.
I would like to request apple to please understand this its a $ 1000 phone and I am sure apple is aware of this manufacturing defect please worth the customer trust on brand please hire employee who are really their to help instead of blaming the buyer.
Mi Store Oman Muscat Avenues Mall Agreed that yes theirs a gap they are calling it cosmetic defect then why not provide me replacement device.
If its like this ill never suggest to buy apple product in middle east region.
