When will Emergency SOS via satellite be available outside the US?

It’s already available outside of the US.

Per Apple: Emergency SOS via satellite is available in the US and Canada starting today, November 15, and will come to France, Germany, Ireland, and the UK in December.

Past that availability, Apple has not stated, and we do not know
