If you are traveling out of network in a country where the Satellite SOS hasn't officially launched--I travel to West Africa frequently, for instance--can you at least activate the emergency SOS and notify Globestar/your emergency contacts with the nature of the emergency and location so they can try to organize help? Or will the service just not work if you are outside of the US/those countries where you can buy the iPhone 14 with satellite connectivity?
