Facetime on Mac saying "Call Failed"

I have a 2021 Mac M1 Max running Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 (22A400).

Every time I try and use Facetime in any capacity (Video Facetime, Audio Facetime, Wifi connected phone call) the call will come through on my Mac - and upon answering - say "Call Failed".

I have tried logging in and out, restarting, force quitting, etc...

My wifi is Gig up / down

I currently run my mac through an audio interface for output to speakers, but no microphone (just use the built in). I have tried selecting a different speaker and running strictly through the Macbook pro speakers.

My questions is - what's going on? None of this has been an issue in the past until updating to Ventura.

Good news everyone! MOTU released a new driver TODAY (January 10, 2023), which fixes the issue for me.
