Billing Problem

Hi, I bought a macbook m1 pro during black friday thought the USA apple store website, it went well at first but when the order was ready to ship it declined my payment (I had some limit on the debit card I wasnt aware of) so I changed my payment method to a credit card and that one wasnt declined. I received my macbook and my gift card a couple of days ago, the problem is that in the first card that I tried to use, they did charged me for the gift card and the delivery, (not the macbook since the limit on the card didnt allowed it) but on the another credit card I used (when I changed the payment method) they charged me the macbook and charged me again the Gift card and the delivery, so I was charged twice for both things (the delivery and the giftcard), can you please help me please? I was looking for and email to get in touch with the billing support but haven't found one and since I'm not actually from the USA it's very difficult for me to get in touch via phone number.
