ups tracking never works on apple devices

Hi

I wonder if it's only me this is my second trade in with apple and both occassion when I try to use the use the UPS portal to book the collection from information received it does not work on my iPhone or my MacBook. When my partner does it on a PC it works so frustrating as I am sending an apple device and UPS website just don't seem to like the apple operating systems.
