spotlight search contacts ventura

has anyone else noticed a difference in spotlight search upon updating to Ventura? previously if you searched a contact, spotlight search would list out the info (name/phone/address etc) then at least give you the option to "open in contacts" to get any info not listed. but now it doesn't give you the info and even though it seems to show you options to message/call/etc it's greyed out & doesn't prompt anything.

the only thing that pops up now is messages & shared links.

(all of my search categories are checked.)
