Is this a Plugin window bug Logic pro x 10.5?

How to fix the Plugin window bug in Logic pro x 10.6.1: I Put up another post on the same subject with a more specific subject heading.

A couple of users have suggested resetting the screen resolution, resizing the plugin window smaller, saving the project, and restarting it in the original screen resolution.

This only works if you are using a Large Screen Resolution: Going from a Smaller (in my case smallest one does not seem to help)
