Missing playlists

So I used Apple Music a while ago, and I was trying to get back into it again. When starting a trial it had offered to me, I noticed that all of my playlists and even my entire profile is completely gone. The music it recommends to me seems familiar, but unfortunately my playlists are gone, even my favorited songs.

This problem seems to persist across all of my devices.

Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. It appears that you may have stopped using Apple Music for a while. If this is the case, it's common for you to lose access to your previously saved playlists and downloaded music. You'll have to create new playlists. Check this out: How to make a playlist in the Apple Music app
