After updating my Iphone Pro12 the cellular/mobile data under settings gives me an error. I can't make or receive calls or text messages and doesn't allow me to change any settings. My network isn't even picked up.

How to Update Carrier Settings
You can manually check for and install carrier settings, and update with these steps: Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
