Apple Service Center conveyed to replace my device but postponing the dates

After updating the iPhone 13 I was getting No Service issue. So, I submitted my phone to apple service center Pune. They told this mobile phone has manufacturing defect and we need to send it to Bangalore. After 2-3 days they conveyed me that we got confirmation that apple is replacing your mobile phone. But they are giving only future dates for the delivery of my device stating product unavailability. Its about one month i have submitted my phone.

Please suggest way out

The best options are to wait and/or buy a spare phone. Keeping your old phone instead of trading in is a good policy in case of repair being needed.
