I am trying to configure an iPhone SE using the business manager but keep on getting error message "unexpected error has occurred" It basically cannot access the account but I can login to this account online without any error or issues. Has anybody else had this problem?

That message typically appears when the user logged in does not have the device enrollment manager or administrator role on their account. It can also appear when the account is in a Locked state (which I learned this week is different from being in a locked out state).
