iPhone 12

I'm helping my 95 yr old neighbor with her gifted iPhone 12. Is there any way to have it ring more the 2-3 times for each call? It's difficult for her to in time before call goes to VM.

This is a feature that is controlled by her carrier. She’ll want to call and ask them to change the number of rings before voicemail picks up.
