Ipad 10th gen speakers

I just purchased the ipad 10th gen the other day. Yesterday i noticed how low and muffled it was while we were watching netflix. I dont usually have my ipad full blast as 50% volume on my 9th is enough to be considered loud for me. But i had my 10th gen on 90%ish, and it still sounds meh. Also, there are 2 speakers for each side, right? My upper right speaker doesnt work. How is this? Or does it suppose to work that way?

iPad, iPadOS 16

While your iPad has what appears to be four speaker apertures, the iPad10 has TWO speakers - one each to the left and right of the screen when positioned in Landscape orientation.

If you purchased directly from Apple, if you are unhappy, you have 14-days within which to unconditionally return an unwanted device for exchange or refund.
