ipad question mark problem

i don’t have question mark in my ipad keyboard but i got upside down question mark instead. how do i fix this

what happens if you click on the #+= button to the right of the ?. key and then click on the key left of it?

or if you click on the ABC and then click on the shift key and then the ?. key ?
