how i turn on silance mode for coming call with airpo

First of all .. Why there is no way to turn on silent mode for upcoming call ring tone for airpods !!!

the iphone is on silent mode but its not in my airpods it’s ringing inside my ears!!! Please fix this issue

second .. for the safety unti thief .. it should be require to enter the passcode or face-id to turn off the iPone it’s more secure no one can switch off or turned off my iPhone
