iPhone 13 input

I have a G3 10 Lamp mixer I want use during a live podcast. I bought a generic lightening to 3.5 mm adapter to connect it. You can’t hear any of the sounds from the mixer on the live. When I hook my Samsung tablet to the same port it works fine. Do you think it needs an Apple adapter to work?

30 pin adapter not working on ios 16 For many years I have used a TASCAM iM2 external microphone with my iPhone using a lightning to 30 pin adapter. It was working great with my iPhone 12 Pro up to iOS 15.7.1. Recently I updated to iOS 16.1.1 and the microphone no longer works. It is not recognized by any audio or video recording apps. Has Apple dropped support for the 30 pin adapter in iOS 16, or is this a bug that may be fixed in a later release?

Reach out to the mixer manufacturer to help confirm the appropriate set up to work with iPhone. They'll best equipped to help go over compatibility information.
