Hey there DeleteRecentCalls,
While deleting from your iPhone call history should sync with the rest of your devices, it is worth of note that iCloud Drive would need to be enabled for this to work. This detail can be found near the bottom of this link: View and delete the call history on your iPhone
If you've already made sure that the above requirement has been met, then we agree, it is strange for your watch to show a call that your paired iPhone doesn't under the recent call history. That being said, we'd like to rule out some other possible causes, along with confining more details to better understand the issue:
- Is it just the one call that shows on your watch that doesn't show on your iPhone recent call history?
- Do you recall already deleting this same call from your iPhone call history, or has it never showed up in your iPhone call history?
- Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone and How to restart your Apple Watch
- If you have a compatible paired iPhone, the the latest version is iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
- Since you have a compatible watch model, the latest version is watchOS 9.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to Update your Apple Watch.
Cheers!
