Prova 3 volte con WIFI e 2 volte con collegamento LAN ma il risultato è lo stesso.
Mai successo con nesun altro aggiornamento.

It can take a few extra minutes to boot into safe mode. Your screen may flash or flicker while in safe mode. Those behaviors are expected. Testing in safe mode runs a check on your disk, removes some cached files, and can help isolate conflicts with startup items. Once you've tested that behavior in safe mode, you can restart to leave safe mode.

Problems installing Monterey 12.6.2 on MAC book pro 2020.
It gives me an error: "The software update could not be prepared: Please try again".
Try 3 times with WIFI and 2 times with LAN connection but the result is the same.
I tried again today the installation of Monterey 12.6.2 in "normal" mode and, finally, the installation was successful without problems.
Thanks anyway for the suggestion.
