There is no Student Discount at present for the iCloud plans. At the moment you can get a student discount¹ with Apple Care+, Apple Music, and Apple Store Mac/iPad purchases. Sometimes Apple will pair other offers into their Student offer, for example at the moment in the US, Apple Music's Student plan includes Apple TV+ free².
