Just want the headphones for working outside, etc; not worth $150 or more for Bose-type expensive headphones. Also don't want to wear my iPhone while working. I looked at the JBL Tune 660 NC and asked their tech support the question above. Their answer was to check with Apple... So my real question concerns the feasibility of listening to music via Bluetooth from the Series 8 watch

You can connect Bluetooth accessories such as headphones to Apple Watch. I use Sennheiser True Wireless Momentum 3 on my Apple Watch and I answer phone calls on them and listen to music as well. You do need to know if the headphones you are looking at have microphones for voice calling. If they do, they should work fine on an Apple Watch.

Just what I needed to know - thanks. According to JBL, the Tune 660NC has an ear cup-mounted microphone so should be good to go and on sale price is $50.
