Messages say send as iMessage then as sms. Both enabled and won’t send. Can’t contact Apple any way for help. Guess time for an android.

Help!! Why is Apple impossible to contact?? Won’t send as iMessage won’t send as SMS. Both are enabled.

If you are logged into iMessage and the message will not send as an iMessage (blue), that usually means that you don't have an active data connection (either WiFi or cellular). If you can't send an SMS, you'll need to contact your carrier.
