I have a problem with syncing my photos between my MacBook pro and iCloud photos. I also tried to use the shared library for my family but the final step for clicking on the "Get Shared" button is inactive.
So it would be appreciated to get your guide for solving the syncing issue and using the shared option for family access to my iCloud photos.

To start off, the reason you are unable to click the Get Started button is because you are currently syncing photos. You can see this in the "iCloud Photos is syncing" line in your provided screenshot. Allow some time for that to complete as 26,000+ photos and videos is a large library to sync over Wi-Fi. Make sure to stay connected to a network during that process.
