i have called xfinity mobile and spoken with support 4 times. each time they say the phone will unlock within 24-72 hours (its paid off and not in use). i've waited and tried again and again and the phone is still SIM locked. any ideas/help? i'm losing patience :(

Keep calling xfinity they are the only one who can unlock it.
