White Scratch Like Marks On The Macbook Screen

So my macbook is 6 month old, hasn't been dropped or anything for once and recently I was just sitting by the window when I saw some white lines going across the screen (keep in mind they're like scratches on the screen not inside the screen) and and they are quite thin and barely noticeable at times. But those got me so worried, thinking those were some scratches. Then I was cleaning my screen the other day with a cotton cloth and alcohol solution as suggested when I saw more lines were beginning to form as I wiped with the cloth. They are not going away neither have I tried harder. Should I be worried? Should I get a screen guard? Should I take it to the Apple center? Pls suggest.
