I've blocked several email senders but I still get their messages. Why?

Hello johnfromkingston,

The first thing we will want to do is check the Blocked settings. Look over the information from Change Blocked settings in Mail on Mac - Apple Support and confirm that everything is set as it should be to prevent the messages from coming through.

If everything is set correctly, and messages are still reaching the in box, we would suggest you reach out to Apple Support using this link: Get Support

They will be in the best position to assist with this.

Have a good day.
