how to get blocked emails to get thru to my apple mail.

Open your Mail App on your MacBook
Click on "Mail" on your toolbar at the top of the screen, next to the Apple Logo
Click on Settings
Click on the "Junk Mail" tab
Click on the "Blocked" tab
After finding, and highlighting the address you want unblocked, click the "-" minus button, next to the "+" plus button at the bottom-right of the window.
This will unblock that specific address.
Another way would be to add that email address to your "Contacts", so that it's easily recognized and easily block-able again.
